Red Light Home Use
Red light therapy (also known as photobiomodulation) is a non-invasive therapeutic modality that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular function and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Unlike UV light, red and near-infrared light do not damage the skin. Instead, these wavelengths penetrate the skin and underlying tissues to enhance mitochondrial activity — the part of the cell responsible for producing energy (ATP). Increased cellular energy supports improved circulation, reduced inflammation, tissue repair, and overall recovery.
Red light therapy is widely used in medical, rehabilitation, and wellness settings to support:
• Circulation and vascular health
• Muscle recovery and injury repair
• Inflammation reduction
• Joint discomfort
• Skin health and collagen production
• Overall cellular vitality
